1. Acceptance of the Terms of Service
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are entered into by and between you (“you,” “User”) and Intuitive Biohacking Club LLC (“Company,” “IBC,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Terms of Enrollment, and any other policies or disclosures expressly incorporated by reference (collectively, the “Agreement”), govern your access to and use of the following websites and platforms (collectively, the “Website”):
As well as any subdomains, content, functionality, programs, memberships, digital products, community spaces, coaching services, and other services offered by Intuitive Biohacking Club (collectively, the “Website” and “Services”).
By accessing or using the Website or Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree, you must not access or use the Website or Services.
2. Changes to the Terms
We may revise and update these Terms at our sole discretion. All changes are effective immediately upon posting to the Website and apply to all continued access and use. Your continued use of the Website or Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of those changes.
3. Access to the Website & Account Security
We reserve the right to withdraw, modify, or discontinue any portion of the Website or Services at any time without notice. We are not liable if any part of the Website is unavailable. You are responsible for ensuring that your device, internet connection, and software meet the technical requirements necessary to access the Services.
If you create an account, you agree to:

Keep login credentials confidential
Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts at our discretion.
4. Eligibility
The Website and Services offered by Intuitive Biohacking Club LLC are intended for individuals 18 years of age or older.
By accessing, enrolling in, or using the Website or Services, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into this Agreement.
The Services are not directed toward or intended for use by minors. If we become aware that an individual under the age of 18 has created an account or accessed the Services, we reserve the right to terminate access immediately.
5. Community Standards & Conduct
If you participate in any Intuitive Biohacking Club programs, coaching, or community spaces, you agree to maintain respectful, supportive conduct.
You may not:
Post content that is harmful, abusive, hateful, discriminatory, or explicit
Share unverified or misleading medical information
Solicit products, services, or unrelated offers without permission
Share or distribute proprietary program materials
We reserve the right to moderate content, restrict access, or terminate participation without refund to protect the integrity of the community. We are not obligated to monitor all content and do not guarantee the removal of all objectionable material.
By submitting content within the Website or community spaces, you grant Intuitive Biohacking Club LLC a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display, reproduce, and moderate such content in connection with the operation and improvement of the Services.
6. Educational Content & Medical Disclaimer
All content provided by Intuitive Biohacking Club LLC is for educational and informational purposes only and is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Nothing in the Website or Services creates a doctor–patient, therapist–client, coaching fiduciary, or other professional relationship between you and Intuitive Biohacking Club LLC.
The Services are not intended for medical emergencies or urgent health situations. If you have an urgent or emergency health concern, seek immediate medical care.
You acknowledge and agree that:
Intuitive Biohacking Club LLC is not a medical provider, and no content constitutes medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment;
You are solely responsible for consulting qualified healthcare providers regarding any health-related decisions;
Your participation is voluntary and undertaken at your own risk;
Results and health improvements vary and are not guaranteed;
You assume full responsibility for how you apply any information provided through the Website or Services.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Intuitive Biohacking Club LLC disclaims all liability for any injuries, losses, damages, or adverse outcomes arising from your use of or reliance on the information provided. Under no circumstances shall Intuitive Biohacking Club LLC be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages.
7. Intellectual Property Rights
All Website content, programs, videos, recordings, downloads, frameworks, branding, and materials are the exclusive intellectual property of Intuitive Biohacking Club LLC and are protected by copyright and trademark laws.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, sell, teach, or exploit any materials without express written permission.
8. Payments, Pricing & Third-Party Financing
Prices are subject to change at our discretion.
If you use third-party financing (e.g., Affirm, Klarna, SplitIt):
Financing agreements are solely between you and the provider
You are fully responsible for payments, interest, fees, and penalties
We are not liable for financing disputes or credit decisions
All purchases remain subject to the applicable refund and cancellation policies outlined in your Terms of Enrollment.
9. Refund Policy
Refund eligibility is governed solely by the specific program or membership terms disclosed at purchase and outlined in the applicable Terms of Enrollment.
By purchasing, you acknowledge that refund terms were clearly disclosed and agreed to prior to payment.
10. Monitoring & Enforcement
We reserve the right to, at our sole discretion:
Suspend, restrict, or terminate user access for violations of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or behavior that harms the integrity of our Services or community;
Remove, edit, or refuse to post any content that we determine violates these Terms or our community standards;
Disclose user information when required by law or when reasonably necessary to protect our legal rights, business interests, or the safety of others; and
Pursue legal action against individuals or entities who misuse our Services or attempt to harm Intuitive Biohacking Club LLC.
Enforcement actions taken in good faith under these Terms shall not give rise to liability on the part of Intuitive Biohacking Club LLC. Nothing in this section limits any rights or remedies available under applicable law.
11. Data Retention Policy
Intuitive Biohacking Club LLC prioritizes data security, confidentiality, and regulatory compliance. This Data Retention Policy explains how we collect, store, use, and retain personal, client, and marketing data in connection with our programs and Services.
We retain data only for as long as reasonably necessary to fulfill legitimate business purposes, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, improve our Services, and maintain accurate business records.
12. Retention Periods
Client Data
Personal Information (name, email, billing records): Retained as required for legal, tax, accounting, and transaction purposes.
Enrollment Notes: Retained for internal training, quality assurance, and business reference purposes, unless deletion is requested or required by law.
Coaching Calls & Client Session Notes: Retained for program improvement, continuity of service, and internal reference, and may be anonymized for educational or analytical purposes.
Client Progress Data (worksheets, assignments, feedback): Retained to support program refinement, participant outcomes analysis, and future client support. Data may be anonymized or aggregated where appropriate.
Customer Support Communications: Retained as necessary to address inquiries, improve support quality, and maintain service records.
Marketing & Sales Data
Marketing Leads (emails, inquiry forms, call logs): Retained unless and until a user requests deletion or unsubscribes from communications.
General Email Correspondence: Retained as needed for ongoing business operations and relationship management.
13. Data Deletion Requests
Clients may request access to or deletion of personal data by contacting info@intuitivebiohacking.club.
We will respond to all verified requests in accordance with applicable privacy laws. However, such requests apply only to personal data currently maintained by Intuitive Biohacking Club LLC at the time the request is received.
Intuitive Biohacking Club LLC is not obligated to retrieve, reconstruct, or recover personal data that has been deleted in accordance with our data retention practices, system processes, or legal obligations.
Certain data may be retained or excluded from deletion where required for legal, tax, accounting, dispute resolution, or compliance purposes.
Where feasible, we may provide confirmation that the requested data has already been deleted and is no longer in our systems.

Certain Services are delivered through third-party platforms. Intuitive Biohacking Club LLC is not responsible for interruptions, errors, outages, or policy changes imposed by third-party providers.
All personal data shared with third-party providers is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
15. Cookies & Tracking
We use cookies and tracking technologies to improve user experience and analytics. These may collect:

18. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Iowa, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes arising from this policy shall be resolved in the courts of the State of Iowa.
19. Arbitration unless prohibited by law
At our discretion, disputes may be resolved through binding arbitration in Iowa under applicable arbitration rules applying to Iowa law.
Arbitration shall be conducted on an individual basis and not as part of a class or representative action, where permitted by law.
20. Severability & Entire Agreement
If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Intuitive Biohacking Club LLC regarding use of the Website and Services.
