Hi, I’m Aletha
Founder of Intuitive Biohacking Club — a space designed to help you understand your body, rebuild your energy, and stop guessing what’s actually working.
I grew up in small-town Iowa, then lived in Japan and Ecuador and traveled extensively. Those experiences shaped how I see health, not as something to constantly optimize, but something built into daily life.
Before I ever received a diagnosis, I started making simple, intentional lifestyle changes. No supplements or expensive devices, just daily habits. Over time, those changes improved my biological age by 12 years, confirmed through lab testing.
Then, I was diagnosed with IgA nephropathy / Berger’s disease (an autoimmune kidney condition) and found myself navigating chronic symptoms despite doing everything “right.”
That’s when everything shifted. Instead of trying more, I started paying closer attention by tracking patterns, testing one variable at a time, and learning what was actually influencing my energy and how I felt day to day.
Today, I help others do the same. Not by giving more protocols, but by helping you understand your own patterns so you can make decisions that actually work for your body.
Inside the Intuitive Biohacking Club, we focus on clarity, simplicity, and real-life habits that fit into your life because this isn’t about doing more; it’s about finally understanding what matters.
