Medical Disclaimer

The content provided by Intuitive Biohacking Club LLC ("Intuitive Biohacking Club," "we," or "us") is for educational and informational purposes only and is not intended as medical advice.

Aletha Groene is not a physician, nurse, registered dietitian, nutritionist, therapist, or licensed healthcare professional of any kind. She shares her personal experience living with an immune-mediated kidney disease (IgA nephropathy) and the lifestyle practices that have worked for her. That is education and lived experience — not medical care, and not a professional opinion about your body.

Intuitive Biohacking Club does not provide medical diagnosis, treatment, or professional healthcare services. Nothing shared through our website, programs, community, social media, emails, live group calls, or other content should be considered a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

Always seek the advice of your physician or another qualified healthcare provider with any questions you may have regarding a medical condition, symptoms, medications, supplements, diet, or lifestyle changes. Never disregard professional medical advice or delay seeking it because of something you have read, heard, or seen through Intuitive Biohacking Club.

When to Seek Care Right Away

Our programs read patterns over weeks. Some things need a doctor now, not a tracker. Please seek medical care right away for: sudden, severe, or rapidly worsening symptoms; chest pain, trouble breathing, or fainting; blood where there should not be; unexplained rapid weight loss; a new severe headache, vision changes, or one-sided weakness; a fever that will not break or signs of infection; or significant swelling or a marked change in urination.

If you are unsure whether something counts, that uncertainty is your answer. Contact your care team. Pattern work can wait a week; some things cannot.

Practices We Discuss and Who Should Not Try Them

Our programs discuss a range of lifestyle practices. These may include changes to diet and meal timing, intermittent fasting, hydration and mineral intake, sleep and evening rituals including mouth taping, heat exposure such as sauna, cold exposure, light exposure including sunlight and red light devices, movement and rebounding, breathwork, grounding, dry brushing, castor oil packs, oral care practices such as oil pulling, and the use of essential oils.

These practices are not appropriate for everyone. Please speak with your healthcare provider before trying any of them. You should not begin any of them if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, have a history of disordered eating, manage blood sugar or take medication that affects it, have kidney, heart, liver, thyroid, or blood pressure conditions, have sleep apnea or difficulty breathing through your nose, are underweight, or are managing any condition affected by heat, cold, fasting, or light exposure. This list is not exhaustive.

Where our content includes a caution, that caution is part of the content — not an optional footnote. You are responsible for deciding which practices to try, and for stopping any practice that does not feel right in your body.

Pattern Mapping Is Not Diagnostic

Our tools are not diagnostic tools. Trackers, worksheets, quizzes, and pattern analysis help you observe and organize what is happening in your own body. They do not detect, rule out, or measure any disease or condition, and they are not a substitute for medical testing. A pattern you identify through our materials is a starting point for a conversation with your provider — not a conclusion about your health.

If Something Gets Worse

If your symptoms worsen while you are using our materials, stop what you are doing and speak with your healthcare provider. Do not continue a practice because a program suggested it.

Medication and Treatment Decisions

We never advise starting, stopping, changing, or delaying any prescribed medication or medical treatment. Decisions about medication belong to you and your prescribing provider. If something you learn here raises a question about your treatment, bring the question to them.

Your Responsibility

Participation in our programs and use of our content is voluntary and at your own risk. Individual results vary based on many factors, including health history, consistency, lifestyle, and personal circumstances.

If you are experiencing a medical emergency, please seek immediate medical care.

By engaging with Intuitive Biohacking Club, you acknowledge and agree that you are responsible for your own health decisions.
