Intuitive Biohacking Club LLC (“Company,” “IBC,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy and is committed to protecting it through this Privacy Policy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, protect, and disclose personal information when you interact with our websites, platforms, programs, and communications.
This Privacy Policy applies to information collected through:
Email and other electronic communications
Sales, enrollment, support, program participation, and community interactions
By accessing or using our Website or Services, you consent to this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our Website or Services.
2. Information We Collect
Quiz Responses
If you take one of our quizzes, your answers describe your symptoms, energy, sleep, and daily patterns. We store your result category — food and digestion, stress and nervous system, environment and lifestyle, or mixed — with your email address in our email platform, and we use it to send you information relevant to that result. You can unsubscribe at any time, and you may email info@intuitivebiohacking.club to have your quiz answers and result deleted.
Personal Information You Provide
Health and Wellness Information. Participation in our programs involves voluntarily sharing information about your health. This may include symptoms and their timing and severity, energy and sleep ratings, food and meal timing, menstrual cycle information, health history, diagnoses, medications and supplements you take, and observations you record in program worksheets, trackers, forms, and community posts.
You choose what to share. No specific piece of health information is required to purchase or access the Program, though limited information will limit the guidance we can offer.
We use the health information you share inside the Program only to deliver the Program to you: to review your submitted data, prepare your Pattern Report, prepare for group calls, and respond to your questions. We use quiz responses only to send you relevant information by email. We do not sell any of it, and we do not share it with advertisers.
Intuitive Biohacking Club LLC is not a healthcare provider, health plan, or healthcare clearinghouse. We are not a "covered entity" or "business associate" under the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA), and information you share with us is not protected health information under HIPAA. It is protected by this Privacy Policy and by applicable consumer privacy law.
You may provide personal information when you:
Fill out forms (registration, waitlists, inquiries, quizzes)
Enroll in programs or memberships
Make purchases or payments
Communicate with us by email or support channels
Participate in community spaces or submit content
This information may include your name, email address, phone number, payment details, and other information you voluntarily provide.
Google Drive Folder
Program Documents in Your Google Drive. Program worksheets and trackers live in a Google Drive folder that you create, own, and control. To review your work, you share that folder with us once, with Editor access, at the start of the Program.
We use that access only to open and read your documents for Program review and to leave comments or notes for you. You may change or remove our access at any time through your own Google Drive sharing settings, including after the Program ends. If you remove access, we can no longer see your documents — and we do not keep separate copies of them unless you send them to us directly.
Google’s handling of files stored in your Drive is governed by Google’s own terms and privacy policy, not ours.
Community-Posted Content
Information You Post in the Community. Content you post in community spaces is visible to other members of the Program. This includes anything you choose to share about your symptoms, health history, or results. We ask all members to keep what they see confidential, and we remove members who do not — but we cannot control what another member reads, remembers, or repeats. Share only what you are comfortable having other members see.
Live Calls and Recordings
Live group calls may be recorded and made available to members. If a call is recorded, we will say so at the start. Participants are never required to appear on camera, speak, or share personal health information, and may attend with video and microphone off. Recordings are stored on MemberUp and retained for 5 years. Participants may not record, copy, or redistribute any call.
Automatically Collected Information
When you visit our Website, we may automatically collect:
IP address
Browser type and operating system
Device identifiers
Website usage data, traffic data, and interaction patterns
Cookie and tracking data
Information from Third Parties
We may receive information from third-party providers, including:
Payment processors
Email platforms
Scheduling and form tools

3. AI and Automated Tools
Like most small businesses, we use software tools — some of which use artificial intelligence — to help us run this business. The program itself, its framework, its methods, and the experience and judgment behind it are Aletha's own.
We may use an AI tool to help review submitted program data as a second check on patterns Aletha has already read herself. Before we do, we remove your name; the names of any people, employers, or healthcare providers you mention; your location; and exact dates, which we replace with approximate timeframes. We take reasonable care with this process. No removal process is guaranteed to be complete, and we do not represent that it is. Copies used for review are deleted once your Pattern Report is written.
Your Pattern Report is Aletha's work and reflects her judgment. Every reflection you submit is read and answered by her personally. If you would prefer that we not use AI tools with your data, email info@intuitivebiohacking.club and we will work from your original documents only.
Lastly, we do not use your personal information to train AI models.
4. How We Use Your Information
We use your information to:

Deliver programs, memberships, and community access

6. Categories of Retained Data
Client & Customer Data
Personal information (name, email, billing records): retained as required by law
Enrollment notes & internal records: retained for training, quality assurance, and operational reference
Group call participation and call notes, Pattern Check-In Forms, worksheets, tracker data, and Pattern Reports: retained for program improvement and continuity of service; may be anonymized or aggregated
Customer support communications: retained as necessary to support service quality
Marketing & Sales Data
Marketing leads (emails, inquiry forms): retained unless deletion is requested or you unsubscribe
General email correspondence: retained as needed for business operations
7. Data Access & Deletion Requests
You may request access to or deletion of your personal data by contacting info@intuitivebiohacking.club.
Requests apply only to personal data currently maintained by Intuitive Biohacking Club LLC at the time the request is received. We are not required to retrieve or reconstruct data that has already been deleted in accordance with our retention practices or legal obligations.
Certain data may be retained where required for legal, tax, accounting, dispute resolution, or compliance purposes.
Your program documents. Because your Program worksheets and tracker live in a Google Drive folder you own, you do not need to ask us to delete them. You can remove our access at any time in your own Google Drive sharing settings, and the documents remain yours. Removing our access does not affect your Program enrollment or billing.
8. Third-Party Disclosure
We do not sell your personal information.
We may share information with trusted service providers for purposes such as:
Payment processing
Hosting and community platforms
Email delivery
Analytics and automation
Customer support tools
Legal authorities when required by law or to protect our rights

MemberUp — course delivery and community hosting

9. Cookies & Tracking Technologies
Our website uses cookies that are necessary for the site to function, along with basic analytics cookies set by our website platform. We use these to:

Understand general traffic and page performance so we can improve the site
We do not currently use advertising cookies, retargeting pixels, or third-party tracking tags for behavioral advertising.
Our email platform may tell us whether an email was opened or a link was clicked. You can stop this at any time by unsubscribing.
You may disable or delete cookies through your browser settings. Disabling cookies may limit certain Website functionality. If we add advertising or retargeting technologies in the future, we will update this policy and provide a cookie consent option before doing so.

At our discretion, disputes may be resolved through binding arbitration in Iowa under applicable arbitration rules applying to Iowa law.
Arbitration shall be conducted on an individual basis and not as part of a class or representative action, where permitted by law.
