Terms of Enrollment

Last Updated: August 20, 2026

These Terms of Enrollment (“Enrollment Terms”) apply to your purchase and participation in any Intuitive Biohacking Club membership, program, or paid offering (collectively, the “Program”). These Enrollment Terms are incorporated into and form part of our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

By enrolling, purchasing, or accessing the Program, you agree to these Enrollment Terms.

1. Quick Note

We believe the most meaningful progress happens when education, integrity, and trust coexist.

These Enrollment Terms aren’t here to make things complicated. They exist to protect the integrity of our work, the safety of our community, and the time and energy required to deliver a high-quality experience.

Inside Intuitive Biohacking Club, you’ll receive education, tools, community support, and wellness-based guidance designed to help you build sustainable energy and long-term well-being. We will show up fully on our side — and your results will depend on your participation, consistency, and personal circumstances.

Because what we teach is proprietary and the community is a protected space, you agree that what happens inside the Program stays confidential and is not copied, redistributed, or reposted elsewhere.

When members share wins or results, it may inspire others. If you’d like to remain anonymous in any marketing or testimonial use, email info@intuitivebiohacking.club and we will make a note. While we will make reasonable efforts to honor this request, complete anonymity cannot be guaranteed in all contexts (for example, live community settings).

At its core, these Terms exist to keep this space grounded, respectful, and aligned—so everyone here can focus on what actually matters: building sustainable energy, resilience, and long-term well-being.

2. You Agree (Participation & Conduct)

To maintain a safe, respectful, supportive environment, you agree to:

  • Participate respectfully and avoid disruptive, abusive, harassing, or discriminatory behavior;

  • Follow community guidelines and any program instructions provided;

  • Refrain from posting explicit, violent, hateful, or offensive material;

  • Avoid controversial or politically polarizing discussion unrelated to wellness, as determined by us;

  • Not solicit or promote outside products, services, or multi-level marketing programs without prior written approval;

  • Not share unverified or misleading medical information as fact.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to limit, suspend, or terminate your participation and access to the Program without refund if your behavior violates these standards, harms the community experience, or for any other reason we deem appropriate, with or without cause or explanation.

You also understand that we may decline to answer any question that calls for medical judgment — including whether you should take a particular supplement or medication, whether to change a treatment, or what is medically wrong with you — and that declining is not a failure to deliver the Program. We will always tell you when a question belongs with your healthcare provider.

3. Privacy & Confidentiality

We respect your privacy and expect you to respect the privacy of others.

You agree:

  • Not to share private information, experiences, statements, or identifying details of other participants outside the Program without explicit permission;

  • Not to record, screenshot, copy, or distribute community conversations, live group calls, or participant content without permission; and

  • To keep confidential any proprietary or sensitive information shared by Intuitive Biohacking Club or other participants.

You are free to discuss your own experience and results, but you agree to keep other members’ identities and stories confidential unless you have their explicit permission.

4. Program Content, Educational Use & Medical Disclaimer

All Program content provided by Intuitive Biohacking Club LLC is for educational and informational purposes only and is not intended to replace professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Nothing in the Program creates a doctor–patient, therapist–client, coaching fiduciary, or other professional relationship.

The Program is not intended for medical emergencies or urgent health situations. If you experience an urgent or emergent health concern, you agree to seek immediate medical care.

By enrolling, you expressly acknowledge and agree that:

  • Intuitive Biohacking Club LLC and its representatives are not medical professionals;

  • Program content does not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment;

  • You are solely responsible for consulting qualified healthcare providers before making changes to diet, exercise, supplements, or wellness practices;

  • Your participation is voluntary and undertaken entirely at your own risk;

  • Results vary and are not guaranteed;

  • You assume full responsibility for all health decisions and actions taken based on Program content.

You further understand and agree that:

  • Intuitive Biohacking Club LLC makes no guarantees regarding health outcomes, symptom improvement, or results;

  • Intuitive Biohacking Club LLC is not responsible for any health issues, injuries, losses, or damages that may arise from applying information provided in the Program;

  • Outcomes depend on individual effort, health status, consistency, and factors beyond the Company’s control.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Intuitive Biohacking Club LLC shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of or related to your participation in the Program or reliance on Program content.

Assumption of Risk

You understand that participation in wellness, lifestyle, nutrition, movement, or biohacking-related activities involves inherent risks. You voluntarily assume all known and unknown risks associated with your participation in the Program, including but not limited to physical, emotional, or health-related outcomes.

You acknowledge that you are voluntarily participating in the Program and assume full responsibility for any actions you choose to take based on the information provided.

Implementation Responsibility

You understand that any wellness, nutrition, supplement, movement, fasting, or lifestyle practices discussed in the Program are optional educational information. You are solely responsible for deciding whether and how to implement any practices presented.

You agree to consult appropriate qualified healthcare professionals before making significant changes to diet, supplements, exercise, or lifestyle, particularly if you have existing health conditions, medical concerns, or are taking medications.

5. Intellectual Property (Your License to Use the Program)

All Program materials are the exclusive intellectual property of Intuitive Biohacking Club LLC, including (without limitation) videos, workbooks, downloads, frameworks, templates, trackers, written content, recordings, and branding (“Materials”).

You are granted a limited, non-transferable, personal-use license to access the Materials for your own individual use while you are enrolled.

You may not:

  • Share, reproduce, distribute, sell, teach, publish, or create derivative works from any Materials;

  • Record or redistribute calls, sessions, or trainings;

  • Use the Materials to create competing products or services; or

  • Represent our frameworks as your own.

Violation may result in immediate termination of access without refund and may include legal action.

6. Offer, Delivery & Access

The Program is delivered digitally via our platform(s), including MemberUp.

The Program includes: twelve weeks of self-paced educational video content and accompanying worksheets, trackers and guides; access to the private member community; live group Pattern Calls held twice monthly, of which participants may attend up to six during their 90-day Program Term; one optional live group Mindset Call each month; and one personalized Pattern Report, prepared after a complete Week 8 submission.

You understand that: missed calls do not roll over and do not entitle you to a refund or a substitute session; call dates, times, length and format may change; content may be added, removed, updated or reorganized as the Program evolves; and the Program is self-paced, so the pace at which you work through it is yours to set.

7. The Pattern Report

Participants who submit a complete Pattern Review package by the end of Week 8 receive one personalized Pattern Report, delivered within approximately ten business days of submission.

The Pattern Report is an educational analysis of the data you submitted. It may identify patterns that appear confirmed by your own data, patterns that appear possible but unconfirmed, an assessment of which category appears to be affecting you most, suggested biohack priorities, and one suggested next experiment.

The Pattern Report is not a diagnosis, a treatment plan, a medical opinion, or a substitute for care from a qualified healthcare provider. It reflects only the data you chose to submit. Incomplete or inconsistent data will produce a less specific report, which is why minimum participation matters.

One Pattern Report is prepared per participant per 90-day Program Term.

8. Your Program Documents

Program worksheets and trackers live in a Google Drive folder that you create and own. To review your work, you share that folder with us once, with Editor access, at the start of the Program.

We use that access only to read your documents and leave notes for you. We do not use your individual data for marketing, and we do not share it with other participants. Where we discuss patterns on a group call, we do so only with the participant’s knowledge and only to the extent she is comfortable.

You may remove our access at any time. Doing so does not affect your enrollment or billing, but it does mean we can no longer prepare or update your Pattern Report.

9. Program Structure

Intuitive Biohacking Club is delivered as a structured 90-day program designed to guide participants through the full program experience.

After completing the initial 90-day Program Term, participants may optionally continue with ongoing access to the community, resources, and support through a monthly membership.

The monthly continuation is optional and may be cancelled at any time.

10. Program Term, Billing & Continuation

90-Day Program Term

The initial 90-day Program fee is a one-time payment for access to the Program and is separate from any optional monthly continuation membership. Enrollment in Intuitive Biohacking Club includes access to the Program for an initial 90-day period beginning on the date of purchase (the “Program Term”).

During this period, participants receive access to the educational materials, community, and support resources included in the Program.

Optional Monthly Continuation

At the end of your 90-day Program Term, your access ends unless you separately enroll in the optional monthly membership. The monthly membership is a separate purchase with its own checkout.

If you enroll, you are agreeing to a recurring subscription. Your payment method will be charged the then-current monthly rate, automatically, every month, on the same date each month, until you cancel. There is no fixed end date and no minimum term. We will tell you the amount and the billing date at checkout before you pay.

Cancelling. You may cancel at any time, for any reason, through your member account settings or by emailing info@intuitivebiohacking.club. Cancelling stops all future charges. It does not refund the current month, and it does not require you to speak to anyone or give a reason. Your access continues until the end of the month you have already paid for.

Price changes. If we change the monthly rate, we will notify you by email at least 30 days before the change takes effect. You may cancel before it does.

11. Payments, Pricing, and Third-Party Financing

You agree to pay all fees associated with your purchase as displayed at checkout.

Prices may change at any time; however, price changes will not affect your current Term until renewal unless otherwise stated.

If you use a third-party financing provider (e.g., Affirm, Klarna, SplitIt):

  • Your agreement is between you and the provider;

  • You are responsible for all payments, fees, interest, and penalties;

  • Intuitive Biohacking Club LLC is not liable for financing disputes or decisions.

Installment Payment Responsibility

If a participant selects an installment payment plan, they remain responsible for completing all scheduled payments regardless of participation, satisfaction, or program completion.

Payment Failure & Account Suspension

If any payment is declined, fails to process, or becomes overdue for any reason, Intuitive Biohacking Club LLC reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to the Program and community until payment is successfully processed.

If payment is not resolved within a reasonable time period, the participant’s access may be permanently revoked without refund.

Participants remain responsible for any outstanding balances owed under their payment agreement

Right to Refuse Service

The Company reserves the right to refuse or terminate access to the Program at its discretion if a participant engages in abusive behavior, harassment, fraud, chargebacks, or misuse of the Program.

12. Refund Policy (All Sales Final)

All sales are final. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that you understand the Program is a 90-day educational program and that refunds are not provided once access has been granted. No refunds or transfers will be issued for any reason once payment is received, including (without limitation) non-participation, dissatisfaction, scheduling conflicts, or changes in personal circumstances.

Because access to the digital Program and community is granted immediately upon purchase, we do not offer refunds or prorated refunds once payment is processed.

This includes (without limitation):

  • Non-participation

  • Dissatisfaction

  • Scheduling conflicts

  • Personal circumstances changing

Chargebacks

You agree not to initiate chargebacks or payment disputes outside of this refund policy. Unauthorized chargebacks may result in immediate termination of access and may be contested with the payment provider using these Enrollment Terms.

Participant Responsibility & Program Satisfaction

Individual results and experiences vary. Your progress in the Program depends largely on your participation, consistency, and implementation of the materials provided.

Failure to complete the Program, review the materials, participate in the community, or implement the practices taught does not constitute grounds for refunds, chargebacks, or financial disputes.

Dissatisfaction with the Program or perceived lack of results does not qualify for refunds once access has been granted.

13. Support Guarantee

We are committed to providing thoughtful guidance and meaningful support throughout the Program.

Every participant receives one comprehensive Pattern Review. For nearly everyone, that is all that is needed.

In addition, if a participant (a) has completed the full Program — all twelve weeks marked complete in MemberUp; (b) met the minimum participation requirements described in the Program materials; (c) submitted a complete Pattern Review package by the end of Week 8; and (d) still finds her patterns genuinely unclear after receiving her Pattern Report — she may request one additional review of her data at no extra cost.

This is one additional review, once. It is not an ongoing service, a recurring review, or one-to-one support. Requests must be made within 30 days of the date the Pattern Report was delivered. Guidance may be provided in writing or by another method at our discretion.

Participation interrupted by a flare or other significant health event will not, on its own, disqualify a participant from requesting this review. Participants are asked to note such interruptions in the community Accountability space at the time they occur.

We determine, in good faith, whether the completion and participation requirements have been met. Completion is verified through MemberUp course progress.

This Support & Clarification Guarantee is intended to provide additional perspective and support. It does not constitute a guarantee of specific outcomes, results, diagnoses, or resolutions, and does not replace medical or professional care.

This support offering does not include refunds, extended access to the Program, additional services beyond the Program scope, or ongoing one-on-one support unless explicitly stated in writing.

The Company reserves the right to determine whether the Program requirements and submitted materials demonstrate reasonable completion of the Program.

14. Pauses, Suspensions & Transfers

  • Membership pauses or suspensions are not permitted during the Term unless granted at our sole discretion in rare circumstances.

  • Memberships are non-transferable and may not be assigned, gifted, or shared.

15. Testimonials, Name, Likeness & Results Sharing

If you voluntarily submit/share member wins within the community, testimonials, written feedback, success stories, or other non-confidential statements, you grant Intuitive Biohacking Club LLC permission to use them for marketing and educational purposes.

This includes wins and reflections you post in the community, and responses you submit in the 90-Day Reflection. Where a form asks whether you are willing to have your response shared, your answer on that form governs — if you decline, we will not use it. You may change your mind at any time by emailing info@intuitivebiohacking.club, and we will stop future use, though we cannot recall material already published.

We will make reasonable efforts to honor this request; however, complete anonymity cannot be guaranteed in all contexts, particularly in live community environments.

16. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • The Program is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind;

  • We do not guarantee results or outcomes;

  • Your participation is voluntary and at your own risk.

In no event shall Intuitive Biohacking Club LLC’s total liability exceed the amount you paid for the Program during the then-current Term. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages.

17. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Intuitive Biohacking Club LLC, its owners, contractors, and representatives from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses (including attorney’s fees) arising from your participation, violation of these Enrollment Terms, or misuse of the Program.

18. Force Majeure

We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, government actions, pandemics, cyberattacks, platform outages, or technical failures.

19. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Iowa, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in state or federal courts located within the State of Iowa, unless arbitration is elected.

20. Arbitration unless prohibited by law

At our discretion, disputes may be resolved through binding arbitration in Iowa under applicable arbitration rules applying to Iowa law.

Arbitration shall be conducted on an individual basis and not as part of a class or representative action, where permitted by law.

21. Modifications

We may update these Enrollment Terms from time to time. Updated versions will be posted on our Website. Your continued participation in the Program constitutes acceptance of the revised Enrollment Terms
