Hi, I’m Aletha

Founder of Intuitive Biohacking Club, a wellness and coaching space for those who want to reclaim their energy, support longevity, and build vibrant lives through simple, sustainable practices.

I grew up in small-town Iowa, then lived with host families in Japan and Ecuador, and traveled extensively. Experiences that deeply shaped how I understand health, culture, and longevity.

In those places, wellness wasn’t something people chased or optimized. It was woven into daily life through food, movement, and simple rituals. There was a steady, natural energy to how people lived. That perspective stayed with me. It taught me that feeling well isn’t about doing more. It’s about living differently.

Before I ever received a diagnosis, I began making intentional lifestyle changes. Changes without supplements or expensive devices. By focusing on daily movement, using food as medicine, and weaving health into my lifestyle, these shifts improved my biological age by 12 years (confirmed through lab testing). Twelve years younger all while living with kidney disease. That experience fundamentally reshaped how I understood what actually creates sustainable health.

For years, I believed I was doing everything “right.” I ate well, stayed active, and prioritized my health until I was diagnosed with IgA Nephropathy (also known as Berger’s disease), a chronic immune-mediated kidney condition. In short, my immune system creates abnormal IgA cells that clump together, circulate through the bloodstream, and become trapped in the kidneys, gradually impairing kidney function over time. That diagnosis, like it does for many, changed everything. It forced me to stop optimizing and start listening.

Instead of searching for quick fixes, I began paying closer attention. I tracked patterns and noticed how food, environment, stress, and daily habits influenced my energy, my body, and my labs. Through careful observation, selective testing, and intentional lifestyle changes, I uncovered food intolerances, gut imbalances, and subtle patterns that had been quietly draining my energy and overall health.

My background in global wellness and higher education, combined with a natural ability to recognize patterns and simplify complex information, allows me to turn overwhelming health insights into clear, intuitive guidance people can actually understand and apply.

Inside the Intuitive Biohacking Club, we focus on awareness, pattern recognition, and simple habits that fit real life. I guide others using the same approach, helping them understand their body, reclaim their energy, and build health that feels supportive, not stressful. This work isn’t about extremes or perfection. It’s about clarity. Simplicity. What actually moves the needle.
